Dispermat LC-EX
Explosion-proof (Ex-Proof) Laboratory Dissolver-Mixer compliant with 94/9/EG ATEX directive for environments classified as Zone 2 explosion hazard.
The DISPERMAT® LC-EX series are explosion-proof dissolvers specifically designed for laboratory work in hazardous areas requiring ATEX-certified machines.
The cost-effective DISPERMAT® LC-EX models are explosion-proof laboratory mixers compliant with Zone 2, II3 IIB T3 classification. Their integrated control panels include a power on/off switch, a potentiometer for infinitely variable speed control, and up/down switches for height adjustment.
Together with the central vessel clamping system (only vessel clamping levers on the LC25-EX), an integrated explosion-proof safety system consisting of switches controlling the operating height of the dispersion disk and a shaft protection tube enables safe and comfortable operation with DISPERMAT® LC-EX explosion-proof laboratory mixers.
The control panel housing the power electronics must be installed outside the hazardous area.
