Resiflow W 52

Recommended Uses
Weather- and UV-resistant polymeric levelling agent to prevent surface defects like craters, pinholes, cell structure, orange peel, etc. Excellent compatibility with various resins. For universal use in most resin systems and aqueous can coatings.

Resiflow W 52 is suitable for aqueous and solvent based coatings and inks. Water solubility can be achieved by neutralisation with amines or ammonia. This is not necessary in systems
with a pH of 8 or higher.

Levels of 5% and more usually have no impact on the coating transparency. 5 – 15% of Resiflow W 52 substantially improve impact resistance and flexibility. Typical use level is 0.2 – 2.0% on total formulation.

Incorporation
Best results are obtained by adding Resiflow W 52 into the coating resin first and then blending it with the other coating ingredients. Optimal use levels for specific formulations should be evaluated by laboratory tests. If assistance is needed, please contact your Worlée representative.

Handling and Storage
Store in a dry and cool place and keep containers tightly closed. Shelf life in unopened packages is at least 12 months.
