APS Closed Vertical Perl-Mill System

Laboratory Dissolver DISPERMAT® Grinding System APS Converts to a Closed, Batch-Mode Perl-Mill
The system can be easily mounted to the respective dissolver via the dissolver shaft or the adjustment flange. DISPERMAT® units can be used both as a dissolver and as a perl-mill.

The following APS bead mill designs are available:

  • APS Bead Mill
    Standard design for the use of milling beads starting from 0.5 mm.
    Options: Nano, ceramic, pressurized, and vacuum designs.

  • APS Nano Bead Mill
    Designed for milling beads smaller than 0.1 mm (nano beads).
    Options: Vacuum, pressurized, ceramic design.

  • APS Ceramic Bead Mill
    Milling disc, separation sieve, and containers are available in SiSiC or ZrO₂ ceramics.
    Options: Nano, pressurized, and vacuum designs.

  • APS Vacuum Bead Mill
    Fine grinding in a fully closed system under vacuum.
    Options: Nano, ceramic design.

  • APS Pressurized Bead Mill
    Adaptable bead mill designed for pressurized applications.
    Options: Nano, ceramic design.
