TQC Sheen WG Wet Film Thickness Gauge is a hexagonal/octagonal precision measuring comb made of heavy-duty stainless steel. The high-quality stainless steel is resistant to acids and bases. Different models are available for various applications.
The TQC Sheen Wet Film Comb is also available in a disposable plastic version, designed to measure films from 25 to 900 µm. This film comb is intended for single-use thickness measurement. It can also be kept as a record of wet film thickness measurement according to ISO standards or customer requirements. One side is marked in microns (25–900 µm in 30 steps), and the other side in mils.
The rectangular promotional measuring comb has a measuring range of 25–2032 µm. It is manufactured from premium, weather-resistant aluminum. Custom logo printing is available for large quantity orders.
