Application and Properties
WorléeThix A 2313 can be used as a sole binder or in combination with other hydroxy acrylates for the manufacture of air and forced drying industrial paints. Even at room temperature paint films show high hardness, chemical resistance and very good weather resistance.
Application fields for WorléeThix A 2313 are coatings of front elements and plastic coatings. WorléeThix A 2313 can also be used for formulating decorative effect finishes.

The necessary equivalent quantity of polyisocyanates can be calculated according to the following formula:
Polyisocyanate quantity = (42 × %OH × 100) / (17 × %NCO)
(42 = molecular weight of NCO-group)
(17 = molecular weight of OH-group)
Curing may be accelerated by addition of DBTL, zinc octoate, diethanol amine. A reduction of pot life has to be observed.
Pigmentation
WorléeThix A 2313 shows high pigment binding properties and is pigmentable with all neutral, water-free pigments and fillers.
