Inspection Mirrors
Ideal for the visual inspection of hard-to-reach areas. Areas that are difficult to inspect are even more challenging when it comes to blasting or coating operations.

With a simple inspection mirror, visual inspection in confined or awkward spaces—such as behind stiffeners or underneath or on top of I-beams—can be carried out easily. These handheld mirrors are adjustable in size and, thanks to their telescopic rods, are ideal for inspecting inaccessible and hard-to-reach areas. They allow inspectors to look behind obstacles, into tight spaces, or underneath machinery without the need for a direct line of sight.

Compact and portable in design, these inspection mirrors are easy to carry and offer a practical solution for on-site inspections and use in confined spaces.

Special Lighting
Visual inspections require proper lighting. Depending on the conditions, the lighting requirement may vary from extremely bright to moderately intense direct light, floodlighting, white light, or UV light.

UV-LED illumination

Color testing:
Artificial daylight

Surface Microscopes
Surface cleanliness, marks, pinholes, fish-eyes, delamination, cracks, and many other coating defects require further investigation to determine their cause. A portable microscope allows inspectors to examine coating defects directly on site. Some microscopes are equipped with a reticle, enabling direct measurements to be taken.
