Resiflow FM 4

Resiflow FM 4 can be used, e.g., in 2-pack PUR, epoxies, high solids, UV-curing systems, coil and powder coatings. It improves flow and leveling, eliminates orange peel effects, pinholes, craters and other surface defects. For universal use in most resin systems.

Resiflow FM 4 offers excellent hydrolytic stability and outdoor durability and does not yellow or lose gloss when exposed to UV radiation. It increases film flexibility, adhesion and impact resistance.

Typical use level is 0.2 – 2.0% on total formulation.

Incorporation
For powder coatings the incorporation by using a master batch with approx. 5 – 10% Resiflow FM 4 is recommended. The compatibility of powder coatings containing different flow control agents could be critical
and must be tested. To liquid systems it should be preferably added at the end of the production process or by post-addition.

Optimal use levels for specific formulations should be evaluated by laboratory tests. If assistance is needed, please contact your Worlée representative.

Handling and Storage
Store in a dry and cool place and keep containers tightly closed. Shelf life in unopened packages is at least 12 months.
