The B-One Plus viscometer is a professional rotational measuring device developed to determine the viscosity of liquids with high precision. Its ability to perform measurements in accordance with ISO 2555 (Brookfield) and ASTM D562 (Krebs KU) standards makes it suitable for a wide range of industries.

A viscometer determines the resistance of a liquid to flow, providing critical data for product quality and process control. The B-One Plus, with its interchangeable spindles, can perform both classical viscosity measurements (mPa·s / cP) and Krebs (KU) measurements in a single device.

Thanks to its modern springless measurement technology, it delivers reliable results without being affected by ambient temperature variations. With a wide measurement range (15 – 180,000,000 mPa·s), it covers applications from low-viscosity liquids to highly viscous products.

Its 7” touchscreen, user-friendly interface and data logging capabilities allow easy monitoring of measurement parameters. Measurement data can be transferred externally via USB connection.

The B-One Plus viscometer is widely used in quality control and R&D applications in the paint and coatings, food, cosmetics, chemical, and pharmaceutical industries.

It is supplied with a standard laboratory stand and ASTM 2–7 spindle set, or optionally with a dedicated Krebs Stormer measurement stand and Krebs Stormer paddle allowing one-hand operation.

The B-One Plus also offers a low-torque LR version, providing enhanced sensitivity for measuring very low-viscosity products. All models are delivered with a calibration certificate.

Single Device Multiple Measurement System

Lamy viscometers feature multi-method capability. With interchangeable spindles, the same unit can measure both KU values (Krebs-Stormer method) and apparent viscosity following the Brookfield method.

Springless Design

Lamy viscometers feature a springless design. This innovative construction is unaffected by ambient temperature changes and eliminates the need for precise leveling using a spirit level. It is suitable not only for high-precision analytical laboratory environments but also for demanding industrial conditions.

Kinematic Viscosity Measurement

With Lamy viscometers, kinematic viscosity measurement is also possible by entering the product density. The devices allow measurement time to be set, enabling repeatable viscosity measurements of thixotropic products.

Security and confidentiality: An “operator” function allows you to enter a username for your instrument. This user must then be identified using a 4-digit code. There is also a protected mode that locks your measurement conditions.
