CHS Vacuum System
The CHS vacuum dispersion system features a mobile vacuum unit, designed for use with tinplate paint cans and disposable containers.
With a powerful DISPERMAT® pilot-scale dissolver and the detachable CHS vacuum system, high-viscosity products can be mixed directly under vacuum in thin-walled packaging containers. The tin can is placed directly into the mobile vacuum unit on wheels, eliminating the need for transferring the product to another vessel after mixing, as well as the need for time-consuming cleaning of process tanks.
An optional scraper system can also be integrated into the setup for improved processing of high-viscosity materials.
