PowderTAG is a non-contact production tool designed for use on the paint line. Since the PowderTAG signal does not need to be perpendicular and the device has a small measurement spot, it is very well suited for measuring layer thickness on small, curved, or hard-to-reach objects. The device can measure even on wire frames, small corners, and edges. An LED indicator helps identify the correct distance and position.

Thanks to the non-contact measurement principle, parts can be measured without damaging the coating while on a slow-moving line. For high-speed production lines, it is recommended to slow down part of the line or stop it.
