TQC Compact Automatic Film Applicator
The TQC Compact Automatic Film Applicator is an entry-level device designed to work with test charts up to A4 size. The application speed is adjustable between 1 and 150 mm/s. The device is compatible with both spiral wire applicators and block applicators. With the standard TQC interface, operating the TQC Compact Automatic Film Applicator is extremely easy. The device is available with either a glass bed or a perforated vacuum bed.

TQC Sheen Film Applicators Run Hot!
With a perforated heated vacuum bed and integrated heating mat, our automatic film applicator allows you to raise the table temperature up to +100°C above ambient. The powerful heating unit ensures that the temperature is evenly distributed across the entire vacuum plate.

Operating our film applicator machines and setting the precise test duration is incredibly simple. With the press of a button, the AFA Compact is ready to run. The automatic internal calibration kicks in, and you can easily set the duration on the clear digital display. When you’re ready to apply the coating – just press start!

Whether using the glass bed or vacuum bed option, our film applicator machines are simple and effortless to use. Both are designed for minimal waste. While we recommend placing a piece of paper to collect excess coating (as shown in the manual), our applicators also come with easy-to-clean drip trays for your convenience.
