Vessel Clamping Systems

KB and HS clamping devices have been developed to securely hold thin-walled disposable containers. Since the safety switch in the standard container clamping system is pressure-controlled, plastic or thin metal disposable containers can be crushed by the standard clamping device.

KB Clamping System
Conical containers are pushed into the conical container holder to be secured. The KB clamping system is suitable for securing thin-walled conical containers (e.g., yogurt cups).

HS Clamping System
Cylindrical containers are secured with a central clamping system. The HS clamping system consists of two half-circle clamping elements. This system is suitable for securing thin-walled cylindrical containers (e.g., disposable metal cans). The HS clamping system can also be produced as double-walled for heating or cooling processes.

Both clamping systems can be custom-made according to customer specifications.
