Application and Properties
Special-Primer PP 3200 W was developed to solve adhesion problems with critical substrates like polyolefinic plastics and blends.
Special-Primer PP 3200 W can be used as adhesion promoter by incorporation in adhesives, inks and paints in case of sufficient compatibility or diluted down to 10% solid content as primer.
The primer may be applied by spraying, dipping or printing. We recommend application quantities (wet film) of 5 – 30 g/m². To get the optimum, tests should be done individually.
Best adhesion will be achieved at drying conditions between 60 s at 80 °C and 30 s at 100 °C.
