The DISPERMAT® LC series includes cost-effective high-speed mixers designed for both very small and larger product volumes in laboratory and pilot-scale settings. These devices offer a wide range of speed and power combinations, making them highly versatile.

The redesigned control panel features a solvent-resistant plastic foil keyboard, stainless steel housing, and a digital speed display with timer functions showing both elapsed and remaining time.

Equipped with a high-quality, low-noise motor, the DISPERMAT® LC operates quietly even at high speeds.

Starting from the DISPERMAT® LC55, all models in the LC series are equipped with comprehensive safety features that comply with the 2006/42/EC Machinery Directive, ensuring maximum safety in the working environment.

When needed, the DISPERMAT® LC can be easily upgraded into a Vertical Bead Mill, Laboratory Basket Mill, Vacuum Mixer, Scraper Mixer, or a Rotor-Stator Homogenizer using modular accessories.

The DISPERMAT® LC series represents an ideal entry-level solution, combining affordability with the proven quality of VMA-Getzmann.

The DISPERMAT® LC30 – LC75 models are powerful and economical entry-level mixers designed for dispersion, homogenization, mixing, emulsification, suspension preparation, and fine grinding in laboratory settings. The speed-sensitive control knob allows for precise adjustment of the motor speed from 0 to 20,000 rpm, which is displayed on the digital screen.

The DISPERMAT® LC30 model features user-friendly container clamping arms. From the LC55 model onward, all LC dissolvers are equipped with the ZBS central container clamping system, which ensures perfect alignment between the motor shaft and the center of the container, and firmly secures the vessel in place.

The polished support rod ensures smooth and easy manual height adjustment of the motor and dispersing tool. The motors used in the LC30 to LC75 models are remarkably quiet, and thanks to their cooling channels integrated into the motor housing, there is no need for an additional ventilation fan—even at high speeds.
