The TQC-Sheen DewCheck 4 Series 2 Dew Point Meter is a versatile dew point meter that measures and records essential climatic parameters required for effective surface treatment.

TQC-Sheen DewCheck 4 – Dew Point Measurement Device is a highly practical dew point meter that measures and records all climatic parameters required for surface preparation. This easy-to-use and durable instrument measures relative humidity (%RH), ambient temperature (Ta), and surface temperature (Ts) in accordance with standards TS EN ISO 8502-4 and ASTM D3276-07, calculating the dew point temperature (Td) and the difference between dew point temperature and surface temperature (ΔT). The difference between surface temperature and dew point temperature indicates the suitability of weather conditions for painting operations. All measured and calculated parameters are stored in the device memory with date and time stamps.

The USB cable required for the DewCheck 4 is included with the device. The “Ideal Finish Analysis” software, provided with the DewCheck 4, facilitates analysis of the obtained data. This versatile software includes the most advanced temperature and relative humidity monitoring module for dew meters. It offers user-friendly reporting functions for standard manufacturing tasks as well as advanced calculation functions for in-depth analysis of climatic conditions prior to painting operations. Detailed graphical presentations and customizable reports assist in making accurate decisions about when to start painting.

Docking Station

To make optimal use of the data logging capabilities of the TQC-Sheen DewCheck 4, the DewCheck 4 Docking Station is available.
This docking station securely mounts the device to steel surfaces using three powerful Neodymium magnets. The accessory package also includes a magnetic surface probe that disables the device’s internal surface temperature sensor, ensuring accurate Ts readings.
Through a USB interface, the device can be connected to a PC for programming or data download. The simple yet powerful “Ideal Finish Analysis” software transfers all data from the device to the computer and generates professional weather condition reports. Reports include graphs of all parameters over time, “out of specification” alerts, statistical data, and detailed explanations indicating which parameter exceeded its limit, when, and for how long. Optionally, digital photos of the painted object or work area can be attached to the report to show where measurements were taken.
