K-Printing Proofer (KPP) – Gravure and Flexo Printing Simulation System

The K-Printing Proofer (KPP) is a professional proofing and print testing system designed to simulate gravure (rotogravure), flexographic, and gravure-offset printing processes in a laboratory environment. It enables the evaluation of ink performance, print quality, and color accuracy prior to production.

With electronically engraved printing plates and adjustable printing speeds of up to 40 m/min, it allows testing under conditions close to real production. This feature ensures reliable and comparable results, especially for ink manufacturers and printing companies.

Offering high precision with micrometric printing and doctoring adjustments (0.01 mm), the KPP allows multiple inks to be applied simultaneously, facilitating comparative testing. This makes it an effective solution for color matching, quality control, and R&D applications.

The K-Printing Proofer can print and laminate on various substrates such as film, cardboard, aluminum foil, and PVC. Its compact benchtop design and solvent-resistant components ensure ease of use and long service life.
