WorléeKyd S 549 is a low viscous, medium oil, fast drying alkyd resin for the universal use in air and forced drying industrial, vehicle and machine paints, furthermore for fast drying do-it-yourself and radiator paints.
Compatibility
WorléeKyd S 549 is compatible with most medium and long oil air drying alkyd resins.
Application and Properties
WorléeKyd S 549 is a medium fatty alkyd resin for universal use. Due to the good properties like fast drying, gloss retention and good weather resistance, with WorléeKyd S 549 high quality industrial, vehicle, car body, dipping and flow coat paints as well as do-it-yourself and radiator paints can be produced.
Driers
We recommend the following addition of driers for WorléeKyd S 549:
a) 0.05 – 0.08% Co
0.08 – 0.12% Zr
0.10 – 0.30% Ca
metal content calculated on 100% alkyd resin.
b) 6.5% Nuodex Combi APB (Rockwood) drying solution calculated on 100% alkyd resin.
