DISPERMAT® RS is a horizontally operating bead mill featuring a compact and functional design that ensures easy operation, assembly, and disassembly. The device can be used in both pass mode and recirculation mode, delivering excellent grinding results. Heat generated during the grinding process is dissipated via the cooling circuit in the agitator, making it suitable for temperature-sensitive products.
The new series of horizontal bead mills, with chamber volumes ranging from 5 to 30 liters, is designed for universal applications. Today’s demanding processes often require ultrafine particle sizes, and the device is suitable for bead diameters ranging from 0.3 mm to 2.5 mm. This flexibility allows the DISPERMAT® RS horizontal bead mill to process a wide range of products and viscosities.
The agitator bead mill can be disassembled in just a few steps, enabling fast product changes. Optional rotor cooling allows for the grinding of temperature-sensitive materials. To avoid metal abrasion during operation, the DISPERMAT® RS horizontal bead mill can be equipped with ceramic or plastic liners. These materials do not affect the product’s color or transparency.
The mechanical seal is a single mechanical seal developed by VMA-GETZMANN. Its compact cartridge design allows for quick and easy cleaning or replacement.

PLC Technology Control Panel
The graphical display shows operating parameters such as speed, power output, peripheral speed of the milling tool, torque, and product temperature. The combination of the graphical display with standardized PLC control allows the control system to be easily adapted or expanded for other process control applications at any time.
The TORUSMILL® SK is equipped with safety devices in accordance with CE standards and local occupational safety regulations.
