DISPERMAT® AE – Powerful, Popular, and Innovative Dispersion System with Maximum Process Control
The DISPERMAT® AE is a powerful, popular, and innovative dissolver developed to perform dispersion with maximum process control. Equipped with VMA-Getzmann’s advanced C-Control Technology, it is designed for R&D applications and scientific studies to drive significant advancements in dispersion techniques.
DISPERMAT® AE dissolvers are equipped with robust three-phase motors ranging from 0.55 kW to 7.5 kW. Models AE 1/2/3/5 operate on 220 V single-phase power, while all other AE models require three-phase power connection.
These motors offer infinitely variable speed control, managed by state-of-the-art frequency converters, ensuring smooth operation and precise control. During operation, the dissolvers are remarkably quiet. Motor cooling is provided by a separate fan driven by a constant-speed motor. Once the motor reaches its operating temperature, ventilation is automatically activated.
DISPERMAT® AE 1/2/3/4/5/6 are supplied with the new and compact H2L stand featuring electrically adjustable height.
Models AE 7/8/9/10 come with the robust BK2-F stand, and AE 11/12 are equipped with the BK3 stand — both with electric height adjustment.
The control panel is conveniently mounted on the stand for ergonomic operation.
