The RM 200 CP4000 Plus is a high-performance cone & plate rheometer designed for advanced rheological analysis of paints, coatings, inks, adhesives, cosmetics, and chemical products. Featuring a motorized lift system, automatic measurement range adjustment, and high shear rate capability, it delivers highly accurate and repeatable results even with low-volume samples.

With shear rates of up to 20,000 s⁻¹, the instrument enables detailed evaluation of both Newtonian and non-Newtonian fluids under conditions that closely simulate real application environments. Critical rheological parameters such as yield stress, thixotropy, plastic viscosity, and flow curves can be analyzed directly on the instrument. In addition, regression analysis can be performed according to Newtonian, Bingham, Casson, and Ostwald rheological models.

Temperature control options ranging from -20°C to +300°C, a variety of cone & plate geometries, and multiple measurement systems make the RM 200 CP4000 Plus a comprehensive rheology solution for R&D laboratories, quality control departments, and production facilities. Its low sample volume requirement and computer-independent data analysis capabilities help save time while optimizing testing procedures.
