DISPERMAT® VE is a specially designed vacuum dissolver intended for both small-scale laboratory trials and larger pilot-scale applications. What sets DISPERMAT® VE apart is its ability to perform vacuum dispersion in virtually any container, without the need for thick-walled, vacuum-resistant special vessels.
The dispersion process can be carried out in standard single-walled or cooling-jacketed containers, and even in disposable tin paint cans under vacuum conditions. The height of the dispersion disc can be easily adjusted and repositioned during vacuum operation if needed.
Optionally, DISPERMAT® VE can be manufactured in an ATEX-compliant Ex-Proof version for use in hazardous areas. For high-viscosity materials, a scraper system can also be optionally integrated into the DISPERMAT® VE.
