K303S MultiCoater – Gravure, Flexo and Film Application System

The K303S MultiCoater is a versatile coating and printing test system that combines gravure, flexographic, and Meyer bar (K-Bar) application techniques on a single platform. By enabling different application methods to be performed on the same device, it provides maximum flexibility in laboratory work.

Thanks to its interchangeable coating and printing heads, quick transitions between different test scenarios are possible. This feature allows comparative analysis of various coating and printing techniques in R&D and quality control processes.

With adjustable speed control from 1 to 40 m/min and a film application range of 4–500 µm, the K303S MultiCoater enables testing under conditions close to real production. Its wide application area allows multiple samples to be applied on the same surface, making it easy to detect even the smallest performance differences.

Used for paints, inks, coatings, and lamination applications, this system is an ideal solution for ink development, color matching, process optimization, and quality control studies.

Unlike film applicators and printing proofing systems, the K303S MultiCoater combines both technologies in a single device, enabling both coating and printing simulations.

The K303S features a 440 mm stroke length, making it a specialized automatic film applicator capable of applying films onto Leneta scrub test panels.
