PosiTest AT Pull-off adhesion tester measures the adhesion strength of coatings on metal, wood, concrete, or similar surfaces.
The automatic version features an electronically controlled hydraulic pump, while the manual model has a hand-operated hydraulic pump. Adhesion strength is measured according to ISO 4624 and ASTM D 4541 standards.
Both devices are equipped with a self-aligning quick-release fixture that firmly secures the dolly.
Adhesion tests on the automatic model can be performed simply by pressing a single button. PSI or MPa units can be selected, dolly size set, adhesion force calculated per international standards, and measurement results stored in memory.
The large display includes a hold function to freeze the final reading.
Measurement data can also be reviewed on a PC via a connection cable and dedicated software.
The PosiTest AT-M features a hydraulic pump that applies smooth and continuous pressure with a single push. Its pull rate indicator allows the user to monitor and adjust the pull speed.
