ASC Scraper System

For excellent dispersion of very high-viscosity and non-flowing materials, the use of a scraper system is often essential. It ensures that material adhering to the inner wall of the container is continuously scraped off and redirected to the center. This guarantees that the entire contents are fully incorporated into the dispersion and mixing process.

In the ASC scraper system, the scraper arm does not rotate along the inner wall of the container as in conventional systems. Instead, the container itself is securely fixed and rotated, while the scraper arm remains stationary.The ASC scraper system can be mounted on all mixing and dispersion units equipped with the electrically adjustable H2L stand. It is available for containers with volumes of 500, 1000, 2000, 3000, and 5000 ml.

Operation is extremely simple: The ASC scraper system is placed inside the H-Stand and secured using the central container clamping device. The dispersion container is then fixed in place, and the scraper arm is lowered into the container. The scraper arm presses against the container wall by means of a spring, ensuring complete and effective dispersion and mixing. Its curved shape allows for optimal mixing action. Even high-viscosity materials that stick to the container wall are repeatedly transported back to the center of the container bottom.
