TQC Sheen Gel Strength Tester DV2400

The TQC Sheen Gel Strength Tester is a professional laboratory instrument developed to evaluate gel formation, viscosity increase, and storage stability of paints, coatings, resins, inks, and chemical products. Ease of Use

A 250 ml can containing the sample is magnetically positioned on the device’s rotating platform. This platform is equipped with a calibrated spring that displays a scale from 0 to 450 gm/cm.

When the 4 x 2 cm flat spindle is immersed into the sample, it rotates at a speed between 0.5 and 5 rpm, depending on the test parameters. The spindle rotates together with the sample and the platform. After an initial peak reading at the highest speed and a brief stabilization period, a stable torque value can be read directly from the scale.
