Esiproof Anilox Proofer – Flexo Printing Proofing System

The Esiproof anilox proofer is a high-precision proofing system that enables flexographic printing and coating applications to be simulated in a laboratory environment under conditions close to real production. It is used to evaluate ink and coating performance, perform color verification, and predict results prior to production.

Anilox proofers are metering components that transfer liquid ink or coating in a controlled and measured manner through microscopic cells on their surface. The cell count, volume, and geometry directly determine the amount of transferred liquid and form the basis of print quality.

The Esiproof system brings this principle into the laboratory, offering a small-scale simulation of the real flexographic printing process. Thanks to the doctor blade system, excess ink is removed from the surface, and only the amount retained in the cells is transferred to the substrate. This ensures highly precise and repeatable results.
