Flow Cup Accessories

Various accessories are available for TQC-Sheen viscosity cups. Simple ring stands are the most economical solution for laboratory-type flow cups, while tripod stands with adjustable leveling are recommended for more accurate measurements.

For repeatable measurements of temperature-sensitive samples, a tripod stand with an integrated constant temperature tank is ideal. With this special stand, heated or cooled liquid can be circulated through the jacket to bring the flow cup and its contents to the desired temperature, and maintain it consistently throughout the measurement.

Due to differences in outer diameters, there are separate constant temperature tanks: one for DIN and FORD cups, and another for ISO and AFNOR cups. Each constant temperature tank is supplied with a float glass draw-off plate, which can also be ordered separately if needed.

A large-display stopwatch is essential for accurately timing flow cup measurements. Additionally, a viscosity conversion disc is available for quick and easy conversion from flow time (in seconds) to kinematic viscosity (in cSt).
