2-component silane-functional polyurethane-urea binder, moisture-curing, acid-catalyzed

The silane-functional polyurethane-urea binders of this WorléePur Si range cure isocyanate-free. As activator/2.component acid catalysts are added. Depending on the formulation, pot lives of more than 24 hours or even several weeks can be achieved. Due to the very fast drying times, the binders in this group are particularly suitable for industrial applications. Thanks to silane cross-linking, coatings on this basis can be cured and processed well even at very high humidity levels.

The formulation of stoving enamels is also possible. Blocked catalysts can be incorporated here. In combination with corrosion protection pigments, systems with very good salt spray resistance can be formulated. The product is characterized by very fast drying, high hardness and good resistance. WorléePur VP Si 2031 shows a good balance between hardness and flexibility.

WorléePur VP Si 2041 is suitable for the formulation of primers for wood, clear coats and top coats, which dry at room temperature or forced. Very high hard nesses and good resistances can be achieved within a short time. High gloss le vels can be achieved. Combinations with WorléePur VP Si 4011 or 4041 are recommended for flexibilization.

1-component silane-functional polyurethane-urea binder, oxidative and moisture-curing

The silane-functional polyurethane-urea binders in this WorléePur Si series achieve exceptional properties, particularly in terms of drying speed, hardness and chemical resistance. By combining oxidative drying and the reaction of the silane groups, the binders in this group enable significantly improved properties compared to conventional alkyd resins, even under more critical climatic conditions. The resistance of the coating systems is similar to that of conventional 2K isocyanate cross-linked coatings.
