High solid, moisture-curing, silane-modified, aliphatic polyurethane based on an aliphatic branched polyester
Properties
Suitable for the formulation of clear- and topcoats with higher gloss than the other types, forced drying or drying at room temperature. The formulation of stoving enamels is also possible. Paints based on it dry very quickly and achieve very good resistance properties within shortest time.
For optimal crosslinking a acid catalyst is needed, especially good results are achieved with WorléeAdd VP 2100, Nacure 5076, and Nacure 4000. In stoving enamels blocked catalysts can be used. WorléePur VP Si 2041 is compatible with amino resins. Due to the large number of products available on the market, this compatibility should be checked before.
