Hydroxy-functional styrene acrylate without co-solvent for 2K PU coatings with high flexibility. Enables the application of TSD>130μm. Also suitable for rolling and spreading applications
Application and Properties
WorléeCryl A 5125 W MF is a water emulsified hydroxyacrylate for the production of isocyanate cross-linked two component top coats which exhibit long pot-life and good adhesion properties. The binder is formulated without organic solvents. The product enables the formulation of glossy coatings with a high layer thickness.

Crosslinking
The necessary equivalent quantity of polyisocyanates to be added can be calculated according to the following formula:
Polyisocyanate quantity = (42 x % OH x 100) / (17 x % NCO)
(42 = molecular weight of NCO-group)
(17 = molecular weight of OH-group)
A dilution of the hardener with solvent before processing is possible.
At aqueous two component lacquers should be worked with a surplus of 20 – 30%

Shelf Life
The storage stability of WorléeCryl A 5125 W MF in the originally closed barrel is at a storage temperature from + 5 to + 25 °C six months, counted from the day of the delivery ex works.
