Application and Properties
Craters, pinholes and fisheyes may be eliminated or substantially reduced by incorporating 0.3 – 1% of the agent in the formulation.
WorléeAdd 100 is stable to UV radiation and since it is silicone-free, the initial and recoating adhesion is normally not effected. The unique chemical structure of this product renders it suitable for epoxy, polyester, acrylic, vinyl, alkyd, urethane and other systems.
WorléeAdd 100 is designed for solvent based coatings, high solids, UV-coatings and powder coatings. Printing ink formulations based on flexographic or silk screen process have also shown improved characteristics. A small addition of WorléeAdd 100 into vinyl-organosols and polyester gel-coat improves their performance.
