Hardness Tester Pen

The TQC Sheen Hardness Tester Pen is a perfect tool for testing the hardness, wear, or scratch resistance of materials on flat or curved surfaces.

TQC Sheen Hardness Pen SP0010 is a compact handheld device designed to test the hardness and scratch resistance of paints, varnishes, plastics, and similar materials.

A tungsten carbide tip is moved across the surface under an adjustable, constant pressure. The pressure applied to the tip can be modified either by compressing the foot using the sliding mechanism or by changing the spring. A visible mark left on the surface after testing indicates that the surface hardness or scratch resistance has been exceeded. The device is suitable for use on both flat and curved surfaces. Laser-engraved graduation marks on the grey background ensure easy readability.

The device is available in two versions: Standard and Pro.
