TQC-Sheen CC2000 Cross-Cut Adhesion Test Kit is used to evaluate the adhesion strength of dry paint films by making a series of incisions on the applied surface. A pattern of 25 or 100 squares is created by two sets of parallel lines drawn at right angles to each other. After the cut area is treated with a brush or adhesive tape (for hard surfaces), it is evaluated by comparing it with a classification chart.
The cutting tip of the TQC-Sheen CC2000 Cross Cut Adhesion Test Kit can be easily replaced without the need for any tools. This feature facilitates testing of products with different thicknesses using the same kit. The rotating head handle of the kit ensures equal pressure is applied to each tooth of the cutting blade.
The kit includes a rotating blade with a non-slip handle, brush, illuminated magnifier, and adhesive tape compliant with TS EN ISO 2409.
