RM100 L – Viscometer

Hat Type Process Viscometer

RM100 L is an in-line rotational viscometer capable of unlimited speed measurements between 5 and 600 rpm. It features a 4–20 mA output signal as well as serial and USB connection ports.

It operates online either on a pipe for high flow rates or on an elbow for low flow rates, using a magnetic coupling to ensure perfect sealing. Viscosity values are captured in real time.

Single Device Multiple Measurement System

Lamy Viscometers are equipped with multiple measurement systems. With additional spindles, it is possible to perform measurements on the same device according to both the Krebs-Stormer Method (KU) and the Brookfield method for determining apparent viscosity.

Springless Design

Lamy viscometers feature a springless design. This innovative construction is unaffected by ambient temperature changes and eliminates the need for precise leveling using a spirit level. It is suitable not only for high-precision analytical laboratory environments but also for demanding industrial conditions

Kinematic Viscosity Measurement

With Lamy viscometers, kinematic viscosity measurement is also possible by entering the product density. The devices allow measurement time to be set, enabling repeatable viscosity measurements of thixotropic products.
