Immersion-Type Process Viscometer

RM100 i is a universal rotational viscometer capable of unlimited speed measurements between 0.3 and 1500 rpm, featuring 4–20 mA output, as well as serial and USB connection ports. The device operates without any spring or torque bar, ensuring high reliability and precision.

It functions via the immersion method in a tank with a constant level. Viscosity values are collected in real time, along with temperature data when the optional PT100 sensor is used.

Single Device Multiple Measurement System

Lamy Viscometers are equipped with multiple measurement systems. With additional spindles, it is possible to perform measurements on the same device according to both the Krebs-Stormer Method (KU) and the Brookfield method for determining apparent viscosity. Measurements can also be carried out with First Plus using ISO 3219 (MS-DIN-11-22-33) and MS-BV1-1000 systems.

Springless Design

Lamy viscometers feature a springless design. This innovative construction is unaffected by ambient temperature changes and eliminates the need for precise leveling using a spirit level. It is suitable not only for high-precision analytical laboratory environments but also for demanding industrial conditions

Kinematic Viscosity Measurement

With Lamy viscometers, kinematic viscosity measurement is also possible by entering the product density. The devices allow measurement time to be set, enabling repeatable viscosity measurements of thixotropic products.
