TQC-Sheen CC3000 Cross-Cut Adhesion Test Kit is used to test the adhesion strength of dry paint films applied on surfaces by creating a series of cuts. Two sets of parallel lines are drawn at right angles to each other to form a pattern of either 25 or 100 squares. After scoring, the area is treated with a brush or adhesive tape (for hard surfaces) and then evaluated against a classification chart.
The TQC-Sheen CC3000 Cross Cut Adhesion Test Kit is equipped with ball bearings on both sides, and the cutting depth can be adjusted between 0–250 µm to ensure repeatable results. This feature makes the CC3000 ideal for intercoat adhesion testing.
The kit includes a rotating head blade with a non-slip handle, a brush, an illuminated magnifier, and adhesive tape compliant with TS EN ISO 2409.
