Quadruplex 4-Sided Film Applicator
The TQC Sheen Quadruplex 4-Sided applicators designed to be used for film application and drawdowns.
TQC Sheen Quadruplex 4-Sided Film Applicator is a four-sided applicator with four predetermined slot depths, capable of applying films with widths of 60 mm or 80 mm. It features a guide support on one edge to assist in applying straight films, which can be removed if desired. Manufactured from high-quality stainless steel, it is resistant to acids and bases.
Quadruplex reservoir-type film applicators hold the paint or coating material within a reservoir, allowing for more controlled and uniform film application. Thanks to the reservoir design, the material is continuously supplied during application, resulting in a more stable film thickness. For this reason, reservoir-type applicators provide a more consistent and homogeneous film thickness compared to Bird-type and Baker-type applicators.
