For many years, RK has been designing and manufacturing versatile printing and converting machines (VCMs) for R&D, pilot-scale, and production applications. Unlike the Rotary Coater, where the process is conducted within a standard fixed design framework, the VCM is optimized for specific requirements and can be equipped with higher specification drive motors, tension and web control systems.
The VCM shares the same core design concept as the Rotary Coater and is built as an open-frame unit that allows standard equipment to be easily mounted. This makes it suitable for simple single-process operations or for handling complex multi-process printing and coating tasks. The heavy-duty frame construction also enables processing of wider and heavier substrates, while its modular structure provides exceptional flexibility for future modifications or expansions as your application evolves.
