TQC-Sheen Sag & Leveling Film Applicator is a dual-function, precision applicator. One side features 10 gaps ranging from 75 to 300 microns, designed to test the flow and levelling tendency of paint films. The other side has 5 pairs of gaps with increasing depths, allowing the formation of two parallel film strips. The thickness at which the strips merge is used to evaluate the paint’s levelling behavior.
Manufactured from high-quality stainless steel, it is resistant to acids and bases.
