Laboratory mixing devices are suitable for various mixing processes, such as the homogenization of liquid mixtures. For low to medium viscosity products, tools with wall clearance, such as propeller blades or dissolver discs, can be used. For higher viscosities, complete mixing of all liquids is possible using tools with close wall contact, such as butterfly stirrers.

The DISPERMAT® R11 is a highly powerful laboratory and pilot-scale mixer. Its compact drive unit houses a three-phase high-performance motor and a low-noise ventilation system operating separately. In addition, the power electronics are integrated into the motor.
Thanks to the cleverly designed H2L stand, the height can be adjusted electrically. The DISPERMAT® R11 is equipped with a safety device. Part of this safety system is a central clamping mechanism that holds the dispersion container securely and easily in place. The container is placed between the clamping arms on the laboratory bench and automatically centers itself as the clamps are tightened.
The control panel features a digital display that allows switching between speed, torque, and time. Additionally, the dispersion duration can be pre-set. All safety-related functions are also shown on the digital display.
