DISPERMAT® VL is a vacuum dissolver developed for laboratory and pilot-scale applications. It is ideal not only for R&D work but also for small-scale production. The stand of the device moves up and down electrically, and the vacuum-compatible dispersion vessel is firmly secured using a quick-lock coupling. The height of the dispersion blade above the bottom of the vessel can be freely adjusted even during mixing under vacuum. For working in hazardous environments with solvent-based products, the DISPERMAT® VL can optionally be supplied in an Ex-Proof (explosion-proof) version.
The vacuum containers of the DISPERMAT® VL—available in single- or double-walled (for cooling)—are made of high-quality stainless steel. The stainless steel vacuum lid includes a viewing window, an internal LED light for vessel illumination, a vacuum connection, a feed port, and a vent valve.
The DISPERMAT® VL can optionally be delivered with or without a scraper system.
