The DISPERMAT® AE-EX series consists of laboratory and pilot-scale dissolvers with power ranges from 0.55 kW to 7.5 kW, mounted on newly designed BK2 and BK3 stands featuring electric height adjustment. Its functional design and robust engineering, combined with either the C-EX or M-EX control panel, make the DISPERMAT® AE-EX suitable for use in explosion-hazardous areas.

These sturdy and functional stands are equipped with integrated safety devices. The central container clamping system is height-adjustable to accommodate containers of various sizes.

By adding modular systems such as TML, CDS, APS, or SR, the DISPERMAT® AE-EX can be transformed into a basket mill, vertical bead mill, vacuum mixer, or rotor-stator homogenizer, respectively. For the dispersion of very high-viscosity, non-flowing products, the ASC scraper system minimizes dead zones and ensures a homogeneous dispersion.
