Dissolver – Dispermat SC4

Multi-purpose production dissolver mixer suitable for working with vessels of various sizes.

The DISPERMAT® SC4 is a versatile production disperser designed for product quantities ranging from 30 to 600 liters and is suitable for container sizes up to 750 liters.

The DISPERMAT® SC4 can be optionally equipped with a wide variety of interchangeable accessory systems. This innovative, modular dispersion machine supports various mixing, dispersing, and grinding processes. The patented exchange system allows for the use of rotor-stator systems, dispersing tools, or basket mills.

DISPERMAT® SC4 with integrated cover:
The fixed cover of the DISPERMAT® SC4 allows for easy height adjustment of the shaft even during the dispersing process. The cover rests securely on the container edge during operation and comes standard with a product feed system. Various options are available for the container cover, including LED lighting, PT100 temperature sensor, Liquiphant level switch (also available for ATEX), inspection windows, and different feed hoppers.

DISPERMAT® SC4 with compact H4 stand:
The SC4 features an innovative telescopic stand with integrated electric height adjustment. The compact unit can be mounted directly to an industrial floor. An optional support foot is also available. A convenient groove system on the column allows various accessory systems to be easily and securely mounted to the DISPERMAT® SC4.

PLC Technology Control Panel

The graphic display enables the visualization of key operating parameters such as speed, power output, peripheral speed of the milling tool, torque, and product temperature. The combination of the graphic display and standardized PLC control allows the control system to be easily adapted or expanded for additional process control applications at any time.

The TORUSMILL® SK is equipped with safety devices in compliance with CE standards and local occupational safety regulations.

DISPERMAT® SC with dispersion

The container holding the liquid component is placed under the dissolver. The dissolver blade is then lowered into the liquid.

The powder component is added to the liquid phase at low speed, where it is wetted and mixed.

After the pre-mixing process, the product is dispersed at high speed using the dissolver disc. When performed correctly, the product moves in a smooth, doughnut-like vortex pattern without turbulence.
