The DISPERMAT® CN is a high-performance dissolver designed for laboratory and pilot-scale applications. The compact drive unit integrates a three-phase high-power motor and a separately operated low-noise cooling fan. Additionally, the power electronics are integrated directly into the motor, eliminating the need for an external control cabinet.
Thanks to the cleverly engineered H2L stand, the height is electrically adjustable, and the height of the dispersion blade is measured and displayed on the control screen. The DISPERMAT® CN can be connected directly to a power outlet and requires no additional electronic panel.
In compliance with applicable safety standards, the system is equipped with comprehensive safety features. One such feature is the central clamping system, which securely and effortlessly holds the dispersion vessel in place. When positioned between the clamp arms, the container is automatically centered as the clamps are tightened.
The digital control panel displays speed, torque, and time values, and the dispersion time can also be preset. Safety-related functions are likewise shown on the display, ensuring full monitoring during operation.
